The Texas REALTORS® Operations Department serves you and all members by handling administrative functions and facilities logistics. This behind-the-scenes work is essential to bring you the association services and resources you count on.

Coordination is the common theme among the department’s many responsibilities. Operations is often your first point of contact when you call or visit the association. Administrative Assistant Stephanie Ayala connects you with staff and maintains calendars for meeting spaces.

Facilities are a big part of the Operations Department’s work. The department oversees the association’s Austin headquarters as well as offsite meeting spaces. “We are your go-to for parking, building access, security, space management, mail services, maintenance, and grounds maintenance,” says Facilities Manager Maurice Rodriguez.

The Operations Department works round-the-clock to keep you safe onsite and offsite. The team also develops responses to weather emergencies and ensures building code compliance. Rodriguez and Quincy Jackson, Building and Grounds Maintenance Custodian, lead these efforts.
